RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-16
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REA"PPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE FRIENDS OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PARKS FUND, A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following persons are appointed to serve as Inembers of the
Friends of West University Parks Fund for a specific tenn of the specific posjtion indicated
below:

Section 2. All resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 3~ If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or circun1stance, shall ever be held to be
invalid or unconstitutional by any court of COlnpetent jurisdiction, the reluainder of this
resolution and the application of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other
part of this resolution to any other persons or CirCUJ11stances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4~ The City Council officially finds, detennines and declares that a
sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each lneeting at which this
resolution was discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the Inanner required by the
Texas Open Meetings Act, as alnended, and that each such lneetillg has been open to the public
as required by law at all times during such di.scussion, consideration and action. The City
Counci l ratifies, approves and confirms sllch notices and the contents and posting thereof~
