A RESOLUTION APPOINTIN.G MEM.BERS TO T.HE ZONING AND PLANNING
COMMISSION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. The following persons are appointed to serve as Inembers of the Zoning
and Planning COlTIlnission for a specific term of the specific position indicated belo\v, under and
subject to Article V of the City Chalter, the Zoning Ordinance of the City and applicable State
Law.

Section 2~ All resolutions and parts of resolutions in confl.ict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts onlyc
Section 3. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or CirClllTIstance, shall ever be held to be
inval id or unconstitutional by any court of competent j urisdiction~ the relnainder of this
resoluti.on and the application of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other
part of this resolution to any other persons or CirCUITI.stances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4. The City Council officially finds, detennines and dee.lares that a
sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each 111eeting at which thjs
resolution was discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the Inanner required by the
Texas Open Meetings Act, as alnended, and that each such Ineetillg has been open to the public
as required by law at all tilues during such discussion, consideration and action. The City
Council ratifies, approves and COnfirlTIS sllch notices and the contents and posting thereof.
