RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-20
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NEIGH"BORHOOD SAFETY BOARD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following persons are appointed to serve as meolbers of the
Neighborhood Safety Board for a specific terlTI of the specific position indicated below, under
and subject to Chapter 2, as last alnended by Ordinance 1561 ~

Section 2~ All resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 3~ If any "vard, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other part of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or cirCUlnstance, shall ever be held to be
inval id or unconstitutional by any court of COIn petent ju risdiction, the renlainder of this
resolution and the application of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other
part of this resolution to any other persons or cirCUll1stances shall not be affected thereby~
Section 4. The City Council officially finds, detennines and declares that a
sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each tneeting at which this
resolution was discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the Inanner required by the
Texas Open Meetings Act, as anlended, and that each sllch Ineeting has been open to the pub] ic
as required by law at all. tilnes during such disclIssion, consideration and action~ The City
Council ratifies, approves and confirllls such notices and the contents and posting thereof~
