RESOLUTION NUMBER 99-34,....
A 'RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO TI-IE TRAFFIC T ASI<. FORCE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1 ~ That the following person is appointed to serve as a 'Jnember of the
Traffic Task Force for a specific terlTI of the specific POS-itiOll .indicated below, under and subject
to Chapter 2, as last al11ended by Ordinance 1561.

Section 2. All resolutions and parts of resolutions in con:flict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 3 ~ If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other 'part of
this resolut.ion or the application thereof to any person or cirClnnstance, shall ever be held to be
invalid or uncol1stitu6onal by any court of competent j urisd iction, the renlainder of this
resolution and the application of such word, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other
part of this resolution to any other persons or circtUllstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4. The City Council officially finds, detertnines and declares that a
sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each Ineeting at which this
resol.utioll was discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the lnanner required by the
Texas Open Meetings Act, as amended) and that each such meeting has been open to the publi.c
as required by law at all tilnes during such d.iscussion, consideration and action. The City
Council ratifies, approves and confirms such notices and the contents and posting thereof.
