CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC MEETING
WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2002
COMMUNITY BUILDING
6104 AUDEN
6:00 P.M.
The City Council convened in a public meeting in the Community Building (6104 Auden)
on October 23, 2002, with the following members present: Mayor Lewis presiding,
Council Members Farley, Griffin and Jackson. The City Manager, City Secretary,
Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director, Operation Superintendent, City Planner,
Building Official, Building Official Secretaries and Management Analyst were also
present.
The notice for this meeting was posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code,

Chapter 551, on the 11 day of October 2002 at 4:20 p.m.
Sidewalks.
Matters related to sidewalks, a presentation by the SWA Group, etc.
Members of the SWA Group, Erin Cannon and John Cutler, presented the proposed
sidewalk master plan to the residents and City Council.
Ms. Cannon fielded numerous questions from residents.
After numerous comments from residents and discussion of this item, residents moved to
maps of their particular area so that they could view the proposed plan.
Comment cards were distributed to everyone who attended the meeting.
Adjournment.
With no further business to come before the City Council at this time, the meeting
adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
