Martha Yates, 3728 Wroxton commented that she feels the proposed pathway project is a very bad
idea and an unnecessary expense for the community.
David Piwnica, 3707 Albans, commented that the proposed project costs and utility expenses are
out of line with good stewardship of tax dollars.
Mary Lou Gullett, 3701 Albans, commented that the cost of burying utilities for this project makes
it cost prohibitive even before actual project work is begun and said Council should pursue projects
with more city-wide benefits than this very expensive project.
Lauri Lankford, 3742 Wroxton, spoke to request that Council scrap the project in its entirety rather than
rebid the project because it is too expensive and just have a nice green space again. She said the
savings can be put into employee salaries.
