CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL SESSION

The City Council convened in Special Session in the Public Works Building Conference
Room (3826 Amherst) on October 14, 2003, with the following members present: Mayor
Ballanfant presiding, Council Members Segal, Farley, Fogler and Woods. The City
Secretary was also present.
The notice for this meeting was posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code,

Chapter 551, on the 10 day of October 2003 at 12:40 p.m.
Interviews/appointments.
Matter related to interviews and appointments of residents seeking to serve on Boards and
Commissions.
The City Council interviewed residents who wished to serve on Boards and
Commissions. They also discussed the placement of volunteers on the individual boards.
A motion was made by Council Member Fogler, seconded by Council Member Woods, to
appoint the following members:

A vote was taken on the motion with the following result:

Voting Nay: None
Absent: None
Adjournment.
With no further business to come before the City Council at this time, a motion was made
by Council Member Fogler, seconded by Council Member Farley to adjourn. The
council meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
