Suggestions 1. the way the booking is set up is not ideal for data analytics. The whole system is set up with the Rec center and that’s not ideal. 2. There was no shocking data. 3. So perhaps increase the fees for non- residents. 4. Rec center is performing highly compared to the rests of the country for similar programs. 5. May need to target people and encourage them to use the services to 6. Fall drops off — that’s what the data says. Fall would be a great time to start new programs. iv. Mardi commented— is the data for only events that are paid but also for the events that are free? v. Ann commented on a general question of more staff for the senior center— if we use the data and if the data says the staffing is necessary, we should get more. The staffing shouldn’t drive the program. It’s the other way around. 5. Senior Services Staff: Patricia (Filling in for Toby) a. Plant Swap: sending around the paper to write. September 28th 1-3 pm.
