IV. CALL TO ORDER: 6:30 p.m.
1. Call the meeting to Ross Fava called the meeting to Ross Fava administered the oath to all ZBA
order.Notices,Rules, order at 6:30 p.m. Ross Fava asked members and witnesses. Josie M. Hayes
etc. each member to briefly introduce administered the oath to Alfonso Acosta and
themselves.Josie Hayes, Evan Duvall.
Administrative Coordinator stated
that all notices were posted in
accordance with state and local laws.

2. Docket No. 2022-0001; Applicant's Request After deliberation, Owen Rutz made a

The applicant is proposing to
demolish an existing two story

existing two story detached garage
and then construct a new two story
bungalow style Single Family
structure with an attached garage and
one garage parking space.
Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends denial of the
request for a variance to Appendix
A,Article 7,Table 7-4a,to classify
the structure as old stock housing
and to allow the construction of a
new principal dwelling on the
building site with 1.0 garage parking
space where a minimum of 2.0
garage parking spaces are required.
4. Meeting Minutes. Approval of meeting minutes from Owen Rutz moved to approve the December
December 16, 2021 16, 2021 minutes. Second by Donald
Yurewicz. AYES: Ross Fava, Owen Rutz,
Frank Monacelli,Donald Yurewicz and
Francois Daube.Motion carried(5-0).
5. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 7:26 Owen Rutz moved to adjourn the meeting.
