7:00 p.m.
I. MEMBERS Jay Cohen (voting), Lawrence Foust(voting), Owen Rutz (voting),
PRESENT: Frank Monacelli (voting), Francois Daube (voting), Michael Tucker
and Harold Rocketto
II. MEMBERS Ross Fava and Donald Yurewicz
ABSENT:
III. STAFF PRESENT: Scott Bounds, Legal Counsel, Gerardo Barrera, Public Works Director.

Coordinator
IV. CALL TO ORDER: 7:09 p.m.
1. Swearing in of Zoning Owen Rutz called the meeting to Josie Hayes administered the oath of office
Board of Adjustment order at 7:09 p.m. Owen Rutz asked to all members.
Members. each member to briefly introduce
themselves.
Josie Hayes stated the alternate
voting member was Francois Daube.
2. Board Member Orientation lead by City Attorney PowerPoint presentation by City Attorney,
Orientation. Scott Bounds. Scott Bounds.
3. Rules of Procedures. Discussion of proposed changes to The proposed changes to the Rules of
the Rules of Procedures. Procedures were discussed. The ZBA asked
City Attorney to provide an updated copy of
the proposed changes at the next meeting.No
action taken.
5. Adjournment. The meeting was adjourned at 8:37 Lawrence Foust moved to adjourn the
p.m. meeting. Second by Jay Cohen.AYES: Jay
Cohen, Lawrence Foust,Owen Rutz,Frank
Monacelli and Francois Daube. Motion
carried(5-0).
