DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1.
Code of Ordinances

Section 2. A state of emergency is declared
requiring passage of this ordinance to be passed finally
