Frank Billings -made the motion to grant the variance with the
following condition. The property can' t be built on or enclose
the 2 1/2 ' area outside the 47 1/2 ' without the written permission
of harris County. Robert Mc Bride seconded the motion.

BY THE BOARD
Unless otherwise stated, an authorization by the Board of
Adjustment for a special exception, variance or conditional use
