ORDINANCE NUMBER '1235
AN- ORD I NANCE REGULATI NG THE AMOUNTS OF FEES TO BE CHARGED
BY THE CITY FOR AMBULANCE FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
Section 1. That the fees to be charged by the City of West
University Place for providing ambulance service shall be in accordance
with the following schedule:
Transportation to hospital for residents of
the City of West University Place
$ 75.00
Transportation to hospital for residents of
the City of Bellaire
$ 85.00
Transportation to hospital for residents of
the City of Houston
$ 85.00
Transportation to hospital for resident of
the City of Southside Place
$ 85.00
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED AS CORRECTED ON FIRST READING this 10th day of
December, 1984.
PASSED AND APPROVED ON SECOND READING this 14th day of , January, 1985.
