ORDINANCE NUMBER 1173
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING "ORDINANCE NUMBER'l133 BY AMENDING
CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE PERSONNEL POLICY AND PROCEDURE
MANUAL'OF THE CITY OF WEST"UNIVERSITY PLACE TO PROVIDE
FOR CERTAIN CHANGES DESIRED BY THE CITY COMMISSION; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual was heretofore
adopted by the City Commission on January 22, 1979; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Commission to make certain
changes in the hereinbefore mentioned Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the attached'IExhibit"A" setting forth changes
desired in the previously" adopted Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual is
made'a part hereof for all purposes the same as if"it were copied in full
herein, is hereby approved and adopted by the City Commission of the City of
West University Place, Texas.
Section 2~ That this'ordinance shall take'effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval as required bylaw.
