fence permit in the front yard. An appeal of the Building Official's decision that 3204 Nottingham
St. (5520 Buffalo Speedway)has a 30 foot front setback from Buffalo Speedway.

Chapter 211, petitions for judicial review must be presented within 10 days after the date this
decision is filed in the Board's office.
