AN ORDINANCE AMENDI~G THE CODE OF ORDINANCES:OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, BY AMENDING SECTION 6-6.2.2 TO
DELETE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN FIRE ZONE 10, TRACT 6; AND PROVID-
ING ANEFfECTIYE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BElT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY: PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of West University
Place, Texas, is herebyamend~d by the amending of Section 6-6.1.1, Tract 6,
which said section shall read as follows:
"Section 6-6.2.2 - Same - Zone 10
Tract 6
Lots 1 and 2, Block 92, West University Place Second Addition
Lots 1 and 2, B:!..o ck 9~, West Un:i.versity Place Second Addition

Lot 2, Block 90; West University Place S'econd Addition

Section 2. This ordinance shall take' effect and be, in force immed-
iately from and aft~rits passag~ and approyal by the Mayor.
