AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, BY ~ffiNDING SECTION 23-105 TO
CHANGE THE MAXIMUM SPEED ON A CERTAIN PORTION OF BY~ON STREET
AND EXCLUDE A ~U\XIMUM SPEED ON A CERTAIN PORTION OF CASE
STREET AND WEST POINT S1:'REET; AND PROVIDE AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS.
Section 1. That Section'23-105 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of West University Place, Texas, is hereby amended so that hereafter said
Section shall read as follows: .
"Section 23-105. Same - Specific streets
The following streets or portions thereof shall be designated as
special speed zones and it shall be unlawful for any person to drive
any vehicle thereon at a speed greater than indicated as follows:

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately from and after its passage and approval.
