AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE 'AMOUNTS OF FEES TO :BE CHARGED
BY tHE BUILD1NG INSPECTOR FOR NEW ,CONSTRUCTION, REMODELING
OR REPAIRS, INSTALLATION 'OF'HEATING AND COOLING. EQUIPMENT,
CONSTRUCTION Or:SWIMMING POOLS, DRIVEWAYS AND VARIOUS OTHER
IMPROVEMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE

Section 1. That the fees to be charged by the Building Inspector
for permits for the construction, repair and/or installation of buildings,
driveways, and/or other ~i'mprovements shall be in accordance with the follow-
ing schedule: ,

Fee Schedule
$10.00 :-per100s(f~' ft. for,first 1,200 sq. ft.
$8.00 per 100 sq. ft., thereafter, 1,200
to 2,000 sq. ft.
$5.00 per 100 sq. ft. over first 2,000 sq. ft.
Remodeling"& Repairs (residentfcil) ':$10.00 minimum permit for first $1,000,
including new or replacement $0.30 per 100.00 value for allover first

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
