AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ARIGHT :TURN ON A"RED":SIGNAl. AT: "
CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS;:', DIRECTl'NG'Tl-iE I NSTALLATlON'Or SIGNS

PROVIDING AN EFFECTIV~ DATE."
BE- IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF'THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section T. That it s'hallbe u.nlawful for any persori operating a
vehicle to make a right turn at an intersection when faeed ~ith a traffic,
control device e~hibiting a red signal at the following intersections:
University 'Boulevard and Auden Street
University Boulevardand.Edloe Street
Edloe Street and Rice Boulevard
Secti'on 2. That the Chief of Polfceisautliorized:and' directed to
erect, at the aforesaid intersections, appropriate si.g'nsproviding "No Right
Turn on Red II . '
Section 3. Any violat,ion ,of the provisions" of this ordinance shall be
punishable in the manner .as' provided in 'the' Code dfOrdinances of'the City of
West Uriiversity 'Place, Texas.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immed-
iately from and after its passage as required by law.
