AN ORDINANCEAMENrrING THE CODE bF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
,WESr UNIVERSITY PLACE~ TEXAS, BlAMENDING SECTI0N 23-105 TO
INCLUDE A MAXH~UM SPEED'ON CERTAIN PORTIONS' OF , WROXTON ROAD;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That, Sectj0n:23~105 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of West University Place, Texas, is hereby amended so that hereafter said
Section shall read as follows:
"Section 23-105.: Same - Specific streets
The following streets or portions thereof shall be designated.
as special speed zones and it shall be unlawful .for any person
to drive any vehicle thereon at a speed greater than indicated
as follows:

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immedia-
tely from and after its passage and ,approval by the mayor.'
