AN ORDINANCE AMENOING ORDINANCE NUMBER'1025 OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, BY INCLUOINGWITHIWTHE' PRO-
VISIONS THEREOF LOTS 6,7,8, 9 'AND EAST 10 FEET OF,LOT 10,
BLOCK 1, KENT PLACE ADDITION ,AND MAKING SUCH. LOTS .'SUBJECT
TO THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 1025; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance Number 1025 of-th,e City of West University
Place be, and it is hereby, amended by the addition:to. Sub-Section A of Section
24-E, at the end thereof, the following' descrlption: "Lots' 6, 7, 8~ 9 and' East
10 feet of Lot 10, Block 1, Kent place Addition, City of West University Place,
Texas.~ ' "
Section 2. That Ordinance number 1025 of the City of West University
Place be, and it is 'hereby amended by'the addition to.$ection 24-E, Sub-Section
N 2 (a), so that hereafter said Section 24~E,'Sub-Section N'2 (a) shall read as
follows:
"Bellaire Boulevard. a) If a building site includes one or more
corner lots, then site entry points for access roads shall be from
a side road or side roads only. ,Not more than two entry points
shall be permitted from each side road. Provided, however, that
in the development'of Lots6,7~ 8, 9 and the East 10. of Lot 10~
Block 1, Kent PlaceAddition~if Lot 6 is included in the develop-
ment access to the site shall '-e by one road only from Mercer
Street. II .
Section 3. This Ordinaceshallbe in full force and effect immed-
iately from and after its passage, and approval by the Mayor.
