H. ALLENWEATHERBY~ HARDY.LACOOK AND JAMES NORTON AS MEMBERS
OF THE ZONING AND'PLANNINGCOMMISSIONOF THE CITY OF WEST
UNIVERSITY PLACE" TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY'
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the'City Commission of the City of West University
Place, Texas, does hereby appoint Roland E. Dahlin, 0,. C. Bartholomew, H.
All en Weatherby, Hardy, LaCook and JarnesNorton as Members of the Zoning and
Planning Commission of the City of West University Place, Texas, subject to
the provisions hereinafter set forth.
Section 2. That each Member of said Zoning and Planning Commission
appointed hereby shall serve without compensation.
Secti on 3. That the personsappoi nted hereby shall, :serve as Members
for a period of two years from this' date, and thereafter until the appoint-
ment and qual ifi cati-on of thei r succe'ssors.
Section 4. That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are
expressly repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of April, 1975.
