BLOCK 1, KENT PLACE ADDITION, TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF TOWN-
.HOUSES/CLUSTERHOUSES; AND TO REZONE LOTS 5, 6, 7,8, 9 AND
10, BLOCK 25, COLLEGEVIEW1ST ADDITION TO PERMIT THE ADDI-
TIONAL USE FOR VEHICLE PARKING;PROVIDING,FOR A JOINT HEARING
ON SAID DATE BY THE CITY COMMISSION AND ZONING AND PLANNING
COMMISSION; DIRECTING THAT NOTICE OF SAID HEARING BE GIVEN
AS PROVIDED BY' LAW; REQUI RING THAT A COpy OF THE REPORT OF
THE ZONiNGiAND PLANNING COMMISSION BE FI.LED IN THE OFFICE OF '
THE CITY SECRETARY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That a public hearing shaH be'held:-a't 7:",30 p:;m.., Apr.il 22,
1975, in the City Hall of the City of West University Place, Texas, located at
3800 University Boulevard, to consider the report of the Zoning and Planning Com-
mission recommending that Zoning Ordinance Number 111 of said city be amended to
rezone Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and the East 10 feet of Lot 10, BloEk 1, 'Kent Place Addi-
tion, in the City of West University Place, to permit the construction of town-
houses/clusterhouses; a~d to rezone Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and lO,~Block 25, College-
view 1st Addition, in the City of West University Place, to permit the additional
use for vehicle parking.
Section 2. That such hearing shall be a joint hearing before the City
Commission and the Zoning and Planning Commission of said City.
Section 3. The City Secretary shall publish notice of such hearing
in the official paper of the City of West University Place, Texas, at least
fifteen (15) days before the date of such hearing and in add:ition thereto, shall
mail notice of such hearing to the owners of property lying within 200 feet of
any point of the above described lots; such owners shall be determined accord-
ing to the current tax roll of the City of West University Place, Texas, and
the mailing of such notice shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the time set for the hearing.
" Secti on 4. A copy of the report of the Zon i ng and Pl ann i ng Commi ss ion
shall be filed in the office of the City Secretary and shall be available for
inspection by any interested party.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
