AN' ORDINANCE 'AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDI NANCES OF. THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY ,PLACE, TEXAS, BY, AMENDING SECTION 11-15 TO
PROVIDE FOR FOUR (4) CAPTAINS OF-THE FIRE DEPARTMENT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
, Section 1. That Section11~15, of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of West University Place, Texas, be amended so that hereafter Section 11-15
shall read as follows:
"Section 11-15. Members of Fire Department.
The Fire Department shall consist of the following members:
Fi re Chief
. , Assi stant, Fi re Chi ef
Four (4) Captains
Senior Drivers
Juni or" Drivers
Firemen (Ordinance No. 1008, Par. 1, 9-24-73)"

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage and approval as required by law.
