ORDINANCE NUMBER 1028
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, BY AMENDING, SECTION 24-67(a)
,TO PROVIDE FORA CHARGE OF ,$2.00; AND;PROVIDINGAN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT QRDAINED ay THE, CITY COMMISSION OF THE ,CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS: ' ,
Section 1. That Section 24-67(a) of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of West Univers-ity Place, Texas be amended so that hereafter said Section
24-67(a) shall read as follows: ., . . '
"Section 24-67. Sewer service charge.
(a) There is hereby assessed and levied a charge of two
dollars ($2.00) per month ,for each and every connection
of a dwelling or business unit with, the sanitary sewer
of the, city." .
Section 2. The .fee.provided for in said Section 24.67(a) as amended
shall become ~ffective and payable on and after January 1, 1975.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immed-
iately upon its passage and approval as required by law.
