BE IT ORDAINEB BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF, WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
'Section 1.', That the Code~'of Ordinances of the, City of West University
Place, Texas, is hereby amended by adding a section to be numbered 10-131, which
said section shall read as follows:
"SectionlO~]31 -,Additional:Grounding Electrode Conductor
That on all new service or change~out service there is here-
5y required -in' :addi;tion:to any other-grounding electrode
conductor, the installation of a solid copper-clad ground
rod having, a minimum' length of eight'(81 ) feet and a minimum
diameter of orne-half (%11) inch, driven to',a minimum of .
