Section 2. That such Public Hearing shall be a joint hearing before
the City Commission and the Zoning and Planning Commission of said city.
Section 3. The City shall cause to be published notice of such
hearing in the official newspaper of the City of West University Place, Texas
at least fifteen (15) days before the date of such hearing and in addition
thereto shall mail notices dJf such hearing to the owners' of property lying
within two hundred (200) feet of any point of the lots in the areas des-
cribed above, and themmailing of such notices shall be made at least fifteen
(15) days prior to the time set for the hearing.

Section 4. A copy of the report of the Zoning and Planning Commis-
sion has been filed in the office of the City Secretary and shall be avail-
able for inspection by any interested party.
Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and,approva1.
