AN: ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19~1(d)'OFTHE'CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS,
BY CHANGING THE COMPLEMENT OF' PERSONNEL; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE :DATE
BE IT ORDAINED. BY THE CITY COMMISSION OFi,THE CITY OF' WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:

Section 1. Sub-section Cd) of Section 19-1 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of West.Univ:ersity' Place;' Texas is hereby amended and hereafter
said Sub-section (d) shall read as follows:
II (d) Full complement of personnel. The total complement
of "personnel of the Police Department of the City of West
University Place, Texas shall hereinafter consist of the
following: Ch~ef of Police, Assistant Chief of Police,
three (3) lieutenants, two (2) sergeants, four (4) patrol-
men classification II, six (6) patrolmen, four (4) radio
dispatchers, two (2) school patrolmen, and such other'
persons as the City Commission may, by Resolution, from
time to time designate.1I
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immed-
iately from. and after, Us C approval as required by law. il
