AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20-1 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF 'THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS, BY 'RESTRICTING THE NUMBERANJ;) .'
SIZE OF CURB CUTS PERMITTED'ON CE~TAIN LOTS ;P'
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT O~DAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:

Secti9n 1. That Section 20-1 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of West University Place, Texas, is hereby'amended by the addition
thereto at -the: end thereof 'of the fo'Hawing para'graph, which said para-
graph shall rea~ as follows:

inside edges of the returns and curb..cuts so as to
provide an island with a width 'of a minimum of 20'
measured at the curb line.
d) Both.sides of said driveway shall be perpendicular
from'the curb line to the property line.
Sectien 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
from and after its passage as required by law.
