AN ORDINANCE- AMENDING THE GODf; OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF WEST 'UNIVE~SITY PLACE,. TEXAS, BY CHANGING THE RESI-
DENCE REQuiREMENTS OF A' MEMBER OF, THE' ELECTRICAL BOARD
FROM TWO (2) YEARS TO SIX (6) MONTHS;' AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.' .

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Section lO-4(e) of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of West University: Place, Texas, is hereby amended to. read as follows:
"Section lO-4(e). Each member shall have been a
resident of the city imr the last six (6) months
inunediately preceeding.his appointment.1I ,
Section 2. Thi~ Ordinance shall take.effect.and:be in force immed-
ita~ely: from ~nd after its passage and approval as required: by law:.
