BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:

Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of West University
Place, Texas, does hereby appoint Roland E. Dahlin, E. Gene Hines, O. C. Bar=
tholomew, W. Peter Lipscomb, and H. Allen .We'atherby as Members :'of the Zoning
and Planning Commis-sion of 'the City of West Universlty Plac'e, Texas, subje<;t
to the provisions hereinafter set forth. ~. -' -
Section 2. Th.at each Member of ,sa.id Zoning 'and Planning Commission
a~pointed hereby shall serve without compensation.
Section 3. That the persons appointed aereby shall: serve as Members
for a period of two years from this date, and thereafter until the ,appoint-

Section 4. That any and all ordinances in conflict herewith are
expressly- repeal ed. ' . . .
