AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING ANY PERSON OR CORPORATION FROM MOVING
, ANY BUILDING OR STRUCTURE TO BE USED OR DESIGNED TO BE USED AS
A DWELLING PLACE, OR RESIDENCE ,ONTO ANY LOT OR LOTS IN TEE CITY
OF VlEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, ,TEXAS; ASSESSING A FINE FOR ANY VIO-
LATION HEREOF; A:ND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE~
BE IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COMMISSION OF TEE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. No person or corporation shall hereafter move to or place upon any lot
or lots located in the City of West University Place, Texas any building or struct-
ure previously located on other property, onto a lot or lots located in the City
of West University Place, Texas.
Section 2. Any person or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this
ordinance or fail to comply therewith shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
liable to ,a fine of not more than $100.00 and each day such violation shall be per-
mitted to exist shall constitute separate offense. The owner or owners of any
building or premises or part thereof, for anything in violation of this ordinance,
shall be placed, or shall exist, and any agent, person or corporation employed in
connection therewith and who may have assisted in the commission of any such vio-
lation shall be >guilty of a separate offense and upon conviction thereof shall be 0
fined as hereby provided. - .
Section ~. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately from and
after its passage and approval and publication as required by law.
