IN TEE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY: PLACE; AND REPEALING .ALL ORDIN-
ANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" AND PARTIC-
ULARLY SO OJIDINANCE NO. 365: . . .

BE -IT ORDAINED BY TEE CITY COMMISSION OF TEE CITY. OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE" TEXAS:
I.
From and after the effective date of this Ordinance" the City shall make the
follmving charges for water" meters furnished to connections served by the Cit~:

Prices for meters over two inches in ,size shall be negotiated between the
City and the person desiring the same.

The fact that the cost of water meters" pipe" grass goods" labor" and the in-
stallation thereof has increased considerably since the year 1948" when previous
charges were established, constitutes an emergency, and this Ordinance shall be
effective from and after its passage by the City Commission.
III
All ordinances and parts of ordinances, and particularly so Ordinance No. 365,
in conflict herewith, and any part hereof" are repealed insofar as such conflict <r
conflicts occur. . .
