AN ORDINANCE CREATING TEE OFFICE OF CITYCONrROLLER OF TEE
CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE :
Section 1. That, as of' the ef'fective date hereof, there is hereby
established the office of' the Controller of' the City of' West University Place,
Texas.
Section 2. That the person in charge of' the off'ice hereby created,
and whose title shall be "The Controller of' the City of' West University Place,1t
shall report and be responsible to the City Treasurer of the said City regard-
ing the execution of' any and all duties and the performance of any and all
f'unctionsof the office of' Controller.
Section 3. That appointments to the position hereby created shall
be made by the City Commission of the City of' West University Place upon
motion duly made and carried by a majority.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become ef'f'ective and be in force
f'rom the date of' its passage and approval.
