NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ,CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST
UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Commission of the City of, West University Pl8.ce hereby
finds and determines that al~ formalities required by Ordinance No. 111 of said
City relative to the request of E. R. Brown, Jr. and Christ Church Cathedral
for an amendment to the said Ordinance to permit the subdivision of Lots Nos~
11,12, 13 and the East 25 feet of Lot 14, Block 32, Collegeview Fourth,Addition
in to two (2) lots 85 x 100 feet and 90 x 100 feet have been duly complied
with.
Section 2. That the report and recommendation of the Zoning and Planning Board
relative to the request of E.R. Brown, Jr. and Christ Church Cathedral be,
and i"t'is hereby, approved and adopted.

Section ~. That Section 24 of Ordinance No. 111 of the City of West University
Place, Texas is hereby amended by the addition of a subparagraph to be known .
as subparagraph No. 22,' to read as follows:
"(22). 'Lots Nos. ll, 12, 13 and the East 25 feet, of Lot 14, Block 32,
Collegeview FourthAddition, are hereby subdivided in to two (2) lots
85 x 100 feet and 90 x 100 feet fronting on BYron Street.
Section 4. That the City Commission of the City of West University Place
hereby finds and. determines that all formalities, requir~d by Ordinanc,e No. III
of said City relative to the request of Leon Kraintz for an amendment to the
said Ordinance to permit the erection of a residence with a45 foot front set
"~back on the most westerly of the two (2) lots resulting from,the subdivision,
of Lots Nos. 11, 12,' '13 and the East 25 feet of' Lot 14, Block 32, Collegeview
Fourth Addition, as hereby provided have been duly complied 'with.
Section 5. That Subsection 3 of Section 24 of Ordinance No. l~l of ,the City
of' West University Place be and it is hereby amended: by the addition of a'
paragraph to be known as subparagraph No. (3F) to read as follows:
"( 3F) . As an exception to Subsection 3 above, a residence may be
erected on the West 10 feet of Lot 12, all of Lot. 13 and the, East
25 feet of Lot 14 with a set back not.to exceed 45. feet from the
front property line of said lots."
Section '6. This O~dinance shall take ef'f~ct and be in force immediately
from and after its passage by the City Commission of the City of West University
Place and &vproval by the Mayor.
