H. HARTMAN; FINDING THAT A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING SUCH AMEND- MENT HAS BEEN DULY AND LEGALLY HELD; APPROVING AND ADOPl'ING TEE REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE ZONING AND PLANNING BOARD; FINDING THAT ORDINANCE NO. Hartman and further having censidered the repert and recemmendatien efthe Zening& Planning Beard, is ef the epinion that Ordinance No. 111 sheuld be amended so. as to. permit the censtructien ef thecarp~rt as applied fer by the said J. H. Hartman, previded, hewever, that such structure be an open area censtruct~en extending enly,te the East preperty line of the said lot as the same abuts the West right-or-way line of Academy Street; and, WHEREAS, the City Cemmissien desires to. amend Ordinance No.. 111 to. allow such censtructien and believes that it will be to. the public interest to. so. amend the same. NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSrry PLACE, TEXAS: Sectien 1: The City Cemmissien ef the City ef West University Place, Texas, hereby finds and determines that each and all ef the preceed- ings mentiened in the feregeing recitative paragraphs have been duly and legally taken and perfermed and that all prerequisites to. the hOlding ef a public hearing fer the purpese 0.1' censidering the amending ef Zening Ordinance :No. 111 have been dene and fully cemplied with. Sectien 2: The City Cemmissien ef the City ef West University Place, Texas, finds and determines that a public hearing fer the purpese ef censider- ing an amendme,nt to. Ordinance No.. 111 so. as to. permit the censtructien by J. H. Hartman ef a carpert en Let 8, Block 20, Callege Caurt Additien was duly held a.t 7:00 P.M. en August 22, 1952, at the City Hall 0.1' the City ef West University Place, Texas, in pursuance to. the notice e:f such hearing duly and legally made in accerdance with the Ordinances ef the City. Section 3: The repert and recemmendatien ef the Zening and Planning Beard relative to. the application of J. H. Hartman that Ordinance No.. 111 be amended sa as to. permit the prepesed canstructien by the said J. H. Hartman on Let 8, Bleck 20, Cellege Ceurt Additien in accerdance with the plans and specificatiens submitted by him fer such censtructien 0.1' a carpert, is hereby appreved and adepted. Section 4: That Ordinance No.. 111 is'hereby amended by the additien ef a subparagraph to.
