AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $4,500.00 OUT OF THE FOND
TO THE CREDIT OF STREET IMPROVEMENT BONDS SERIES 1948.IN.THE CITY
TREASURY TO PAY.THE COST OF PAVING.AND IMPROVING:
Aeademy Street from th.e'South l'ine 'of Southwestern
Street ,to . the North end ,of the existing pavement at
a point approximately l20feet North of the North
line of c~son Street,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
~s, the City Treasurer has duly and regularly, in
aeeordanee with the provisions of' the Charter of' the City af' West
Universl ty Plaee, Texas, eertif'ied to the C'i ty Commission that
there is in the'City Treasury to the credit of' the street Improve-
ment Bonds Series 1948 the sum of' $4,500.00 Which has'not been
already appropriated f'or any' other purpose and which is now avail-
able f'or appropriationbytheCity.Commission~ and which sum is
suf'f'ieient to pay the City's part.of' the cost of' paving and im-
pr,ovingthat portion of'Academy street in the City of West
Univel"sit)'Place, Texas, hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE:'
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
