ORDINANCE NO. h91
AN ORDINANCE RELEASING THE UNEXPENDED PORTIONS OF TREASURY
CERTIFICATES TWENTY THREE, TWENTY FIV'll;, AND THIRTY EIGHT; TRANS-
FERRING SAID UNEXPENDED FUNDS TO THE GENERAL CREDIT OF STORM
SEWER BOND FUND SERIES 1948, AND DECIARING SAME AVAILABLE FOR OTHER
APPROPRIATION.
WHEREAS, heretofore on the'19th day of November, 19h8, on'the 10th
day of December, 19h8, and the 22nd day of August, 19/49, there were issued
treasury certificates-of the City of West University Place, Texas, and
WHEREAS, the work and improvements for which such treasury certifi-
cates were issued has been done and there remains unexpended out of the total
amount of such certificates the sum of $2,569.07.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, , ,
Section 1. The City Commission does here and now find and deter-
mine that of the total sum of the amounts represented by Treasury Certificates
23, 25 and 38, the sum of $2,569.07 remains unexpended after the final com.;..
pletion of the work for which said certificates were issued; that all bills
payable by the City in connection with such work have been paid and that
said unexpende~ sums should be and the same is hereby released and discharged
from said earlier appropriation and designation.

Section 2. That said unexpended sums should be and the same' are
hereby transferred to the gener~l credit of Storm Sewer Bond Fund Series 1948,
in the City Treasuryj,and is henceforth available for appropriation for any
other proper purpose.
