AN ORDINANCE LEVITNG AND ASSESSING AD VALOREM TAX ON ALL TAXABLE
PROPERTY WITHIN '.lEE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, FOR
THE- YEAR 1949, AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION THEREOF.
BE IT ffiDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS :

That there is hereby levied and assessed against all taxable pro-
perty wfthin the corporate'limits of the Cit,r of West University Place,
Texas, and there,shall be collected by such Ci~ a tax of 1.78 per cent
of the value of such property or at the rate of one and 78/100 Dollars on
· the One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) valuation for the year 1949. '
