AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RELEASE TO THE 1948 STREEl'
, IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND OF THE UNUSED P<mTION OF THOSE FUNDS ,
DESCRIBED IN CERTIFICATE NUMBER 15 ISSUED, BY THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, DATED SEPTEMBER 20th, 1948.

WHEREAS; heretofore on September 20th, 1948, the~e was'issued,
on behalf of the City of West University Place, Texas, certificate number
15, dated September 20th, 1948, and
V~EAS, all of the funds described in said certificate have
not been heretofore expended and there remains on hand unexpended of the
funds described in said certificate, the sum, of $2,285.43, and
WHEREAS, it'is the desire of the City Commission of the City of
West Uni versi ty ,Place, to release said funds, and make them a part of the
1948 street improvement bond fund. I
NOW THEREFORE,' be it ordained by the City Commission of the OitY"
of West University Place, that the unused portion of the funds described "
in certificate number 15 of the City of West University Place, dated Sept-
ember 20th, 1948, be and the same are hereby released to and made a part
of the 1948 street improvement bond fund.of the City of West University
Place, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of April, 19h9 by 'a" vote of
4 ayes and 0 noes.
