ORDINANCE NO. 382
AN ORDINANCE AMEND:tNG ORDINANCE NQ. III BY AMENDING SECTION 6 OF SAID
ORDINANCE TO PERMIT ,THE CONSTRUCTION OF A RESIDENCE ON THE NOOTH F(JJRTY
FEET E)F LOT ELEVEN AND THE SOUTH TWENTY- FIVE FEET OF LOT TEN, BIDCK
TWENTY-ONE, WEST UNIVERSI'rY PLACE, FIRST AmITION, TO CONTAIN A MINIMUM
OF THIRTEEN HUNDRED SQUARE FEET; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN C~NFLICT HEREWITH:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS. '

That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 111 be amended to read as
follows:
(a) "SQUARE-FOOT DIMENSIONS OF mELLING IN FIRST SINGLE":
FAMILY DiVELLING DISTRICT.
"The dimensions of the main building in the first
single-family dwelling district, hereafter e~cted,
shall nOt be ~e.ss .than 1600 square feet." ~
(b) "Provided, however, that a single-family residence
containing .a mini1'l!Ulll .of 1)00 square feet may be
erected on the North forty feet of Lot eleven and
the South' twenty-five feet o,f Lot ten, Block twenty:-
one, '\lIfest University Place, First Addition."

AJ.l Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herem th, or
any part hereof, are repealed in so far as such conflict or conflicts
exist only.
