AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NOl. 310, WHIeH ASSESSES

PROPERTY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LDUTS OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PIAcE, TEXAS, WITH THE SANITARY Sr.;wERS
OF SAID G.ITY, BY PROlVIDING THAT A SEWER CHARGE" SHl\.LL
APPLY TO ALL INDIVIDUAL Uv'fELLING UNITS RATHER THAN
EACH BUILDING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
VWEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS:
THAT Section 1 of Ordinance No. 310 be hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 1: There is ~ hereby assessed and levied a charge
of seventy five ($.75) Cents per month for each and every connection
of a dwelling or business unit wi ththe sanitary sewer of the City
of West University Place, Texas, located wi.,tbin the corporate_limits
of the City. By family dwelling unit is meant each individual unit
occupied by, a single family whether occupying a separate building
or being included within an apartment building. This said charge
shall be paid each month by the owner or person in possession of any
and all such premises to the City Treasurer of the City of West
University Place in the City Hall' thereof, said charge to be due and
payable on the first day of each and every month.
