AN ORmNANCE APPROVING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGI1'NING SEPTEMBER 1, 1~4J;
PROVIDING FOR T'HE APPROPRIATION OF PUBLIC FUNDS OF THE CITY FOR USE
AND EXPE:r-IDITURES; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES
OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COTiilIVIISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
I
That the budget of the City of West University Place for the fiscal year
beginning September 1, 1947, an eX,act copy of which is attached hereto, marked
"Exhibit A" and made a part hereof for all purposes, is hereby adopted as the
budget of the City fbr said fiscal year.
II
That there is hereby appropriated out of the public f1lllds and monies of
the City o.f West University Place, Texas, such sum and sums, or any part thereof
as may, be authorized and directed by the City COImnission to be paid by the City
for the uses and purposes set forth in the said budget.
III
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby, repealed, insofar as such conflicts exist only.
. PASSED AND APPROVED this 27th day of October, A.D. 1947, by a vote of 5-
Ayes and 0 Noes.
