ORDINANCE NO. 356
AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING AD VALOREM TAX ON ALL TAXABLE
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, FOR THE
YE;f\.RI947, AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTIC>>N THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION Of THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERsITY
PLACE, TEXAS:

That there is hereby levied and assessed against all taxable property
within the corporatel:i1nits of the city of West University Place, Texas, and
there shall be collected by such City a tax of 1.78 percent of the value of
such property or at the rate of Olne and 78/100 Do11ars on the Olne Hundred
Dollar ($100.00) valuation for the year 1947. '

That such tax is levied and assessed and shall be co11ected by said
City for the fo110'Wing purposes and in the fo110'Wing proportions, to-wit:
