ORDINANCE NO. 354
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING 'THE LOITERING OF PERSONS ABOUT THE PREMISES
OF orrHERS; PROVIDING A PEN~LTY FOR VIOLATION HEREOF AND AN EFFECTIVE
DATE; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND FOR" REPEAL OF ALL OBDINANCESOR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN C€)NFLICT HEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE; TEXAS:
I
From and after the effective date of this, ordinance, it shall be unlawful for
any person or persons to be Jound loitering about the property or upon the'p;remi-
ses of another 'Without be.ing able to give a, good account of himself.
II
'Any person and/or persons who violate any provision or part of this ordinance shall
be guilty of .a misde.mea,nor and upon 'conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to
exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00.)'
III
This ordinance shall be effective from and after the publication of its caption
as provided by the City Charter.
IV
If any part or parts of this ordinance shall for my reason be invalid, such
invalidity shall not in any manner effect the valid parts hereof.
V
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith or with any part
hereof are repealed insofar as such conflict or conflicts exist only.
