"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING OJRDINANCE NO. 142, KNavVN AS THE "ELECTRICAL
CODE", BY ADDING A SECTION THERETO TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 39, PROl-

THAN $200.00 FOR VIOLATIONS OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF SAID OR...

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:
That Ordinance No. 142 be amended by the addition of paragraph to be known
as Section No. 39, which shall read as follows:
SECTION ,39
PENALTY AND VIOLATIONS
A person who shall violate any proyision of this Ordinance or fail to comply
there'with or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor,
punishable Py fine of not less than $10.00 nor more than $200.00. The imposition of
the penalty as herein provided shall not preclude the revocation of licenses or any
other penalty provided in this Ordinance.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of June, A.D., 1947.
