AN ORDINANCEA,WENDING ORDINANCE NO). 111 OF THE CITY OF WEST
, UNIvERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, COMMONLY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS
THE "ZONING ORDINANCE" BY .AMENDING SECTION 29 THEREOF BY
ADDING A NEW SUB-PARAGRAPH TO BE KNOWN AS "5", ESTABLISHING
LOO' OR SET-BACK LINES IN RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICTS; AND PRO-
VIDING THAT THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT AND BE IN FORCE
IMMEDIATELY FROM AND M'fi'ER ITS PASSAGE AND APPROVAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION. OF THE CITY OF WEST'
UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS:
SECTION T
That Section 29 of Ordinance No. 111 be amended, by insertion therein
of a new sub-paragraph to be known as "5" which readS as follows:
(5)Al1lot l:ines (or set:"back lines) for property in retail busi-
ness districts in the City of West Uirl.versity Place shall be set at not
less than 30 feet from the property line.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith insofar
as they conflict, are hereWith repea1ed~
SECTION III
This ordinanc:e,.13hall take e:t!fe'~t and be in force immediately from
and after its passag~d approval. ,
