AN ORDINANCE APpROvING A BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF 'WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS, FOR THE RISCAL YEAR BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 1, 1946;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF PUBLIC FUNDS OF THE CITY FOR

BE IT ORDAINED BY: THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:

That the budget Qf the City of West University Place for the fiscal year
beginning September 1, 1946, an exact copy of which is attached hereto, marked
"Exhibit A" and made a p~rt hereof for all purposes, is hereby adopted as the
budget of the City for said fiscal year.
II
That there is hereby appropriated out of the public funds and monies of
the City of West University Place, Texas, such, sum and sums, or any part thereof
as may be authorized and directed by the City Commission to be paid by the City
for the uses and purposes set forth in the said budget.
III
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed, insofar as such conflicts exist only.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 30 day of October, A. D. 1946, by a vote of 5
Ayes and No Noes.
