ORDINANCE NO. 328
TEXAS :
. AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AND ASSESSING AD VALOREM TAX ON ALL TAXABLE
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF 'WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, FOR THE
YEAR 1946, AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLIECTION THEREOF.
BE :rT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE,

That there is hereby levied and assessed against all taxable property "With-
in the corporate limits of the City of West University Place, Texas, and there shall
be collected by such City a tax of 1.78 percent. of the value of such property or
at the rate of One and 78/100 Dollars on the One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) valua-
tion for the year 1946.

That such tax is levied and assessed and shall be collected by said City
for the following purposes and in the following proportions, to-wit:
