AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING SIDEWALKS TO BE BUILT; PROVIDING FOR
SPECIFICATIONS; PROVIDING TEAT NO PREMISES MAY BE RELEASED FOR
OCCUPANCY WITHOuT SIDEWALKS, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS:
PCTION I
That all persons, fir.ms or corporations, contractors,
or otherwise are hereafter required, upon the construction of any
house or dwel~ing to also construct sidewalks the distance 01' all
footage on any street or streets to Which the property abuts.

All walks shall conform to specificat ions as lirawn by' -
the City Engineer.
SECTION TTT
Ne house or dwelling shall hereafter be released for
occupancy until the provisions of this ordinance have been fully
complied with.
SECTION IV
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
